Very informative "real world agency" experience. Some notes I jotted down were:
- Get good at the numbers, money and financials of business - it is necessary for your survival.
- Communicate well with others - everyone you work for or with.
- The client is the center of the universe - at least they should be made to feel that they are the number #1 point of interest to whom you are serving.
- Treat the client great - visit, dine and play with your clients to build trust
- Learn to hire well.
- Good project management is the key to success and growth.
I appreciated Charlies' solid advice in regards to being hired by JT — he suggested that our portfolios:
